Hi everyone,

What is the best way to remove dents in plasterboard? I have found a fairly large dent (10cm by 15cm) that has cracked the plaster skim and also ripped the paper covering of the plasterboard.

Would it be okay to just remove the loose plaster and loose paper and fill the dent? I was going to use polyfilla but don't know whether it'll stick to the ?gypsum of the plasterboard. which is fairly dusty/loose stuff. Would I need to coat the board with something like PVA first?

Any ideas gratefully received.

Thanks very much
