Reset is by holding the start button until the light goes out.
Remove the filter and mesh filter, inside the bowl you'll see a black grid, very carefully clean this out (an old toothbrush and boiling water is good) and try the machine again.

hi , I have the same trouble with the same machine but when I reset it then it pumps away empties ok then stops and flashes 4 times any advise ?
