hi had a few probs recently since i emptied the system to remove rads while put new valves on refilled system but evert time i plug in pump it trips the electric

pump could be seized or stuck; take the the screw out of the centre of the pump; insert a screw drive and see if the pump impellor turns!!
I HAVE CHECK WEATHER OR NOT PUMP HAS SEIZED AND IT TURNING FREELY WITH A SCREW DRIVER
