Remove PVA on new plaster

Just spent a fortune having lounge skimmed over, then spent 8 hours yesterday sealing it with PVA only to read on here thats not what to do.

Should i take the PVA off, if so how, do you just wash it off, or can a put a 50:50 emulsion water on top off the PVA??

Please help and really worried now!!

Try washing it off with warm water. Should work. Not the end of the world though. Mist coat all the walls with a contract emulsion watered down about 25% when thouroughly dry paint as normal.

When the warm water starts softening it, use a broad metal scraper which will get it off much better than rags and brsuhes.
