Name of UPVC sealent,stelmak??

HI,

Can someone tell me the name of the white sealent that is used on the UPVC edging strips. Its seems to cure hard and I think the name is something like Stelmak.

Is this the stuff that cures as hard as tile grout but is brilliant white?

If so I'm after this stuff too

it goes off colour after a while, especially if it gets weathered.
