I ned to find something to cover my stairs which have all been sanded and waxed but are now quite slippy. I have a small child so i need to to cover the wax with some sort of product to make it non slip. Any ideas?

Thanks for that but I was looking for something non-visible so as not to ruin the look of the wood

You can buy varnish for slip-resistant, I don't how good they are

Varnish on wax really doesn't mix well.
Try a non-slip maintenance polish for oiled/wax floors.

What type of finish does your floor have and what type of product have you been using to clean/maintain it?

go on ebay you can but carpet treads 14 in a pack for 28 pound plus 9 pound postage in various colours
