Hi can anyone help i have a hoover quatro express 1300 and the drum wont spin, i have had the back of the machine off to have a look, the motor still spins freely when i turn it manually but wont cut in when in its program, any help welcome.Cheers |

depending on the age of the machine, the first thing i always check,is the motor brushes,if your still unsure, remove and take to a shop to compare with new.if it's not the brushes, then have a word with the person who may know a little more about your machine. |

Does the trum turn during rest of wash cycle or is it just the spin cycle? |
