Please can anyone tell me how to represurise the expansion vessal

Got a footpump for your car? On the expansion vessel itself you should be able to locate a small black dust cap . This is the same as on a car tyre. Unscrew the cap and connect the foot pump,pump up until you have a pressure reading of 1.0bar.
