hoover hnc160 filter light

hoover condenser dryer working fine till late last night,the filter light will not go off, and the dryer is now not heating up, have cleaned the filter and the condenser filter, still not heating up and filter light still on, can anyone help,thanks

this indicates an open circuit thermostat on the heating element,you will probably need a new element with the thermostats mounted on it.
