Integrated washing machines & dishwashers

Probably a stupid question but are the holes in integrated washing machines (where you put the door hinges in) standardised in terms of where they're sited on the machine front?

And am I right in assuming that integrated dishwashers have the furniture door glued in some way to the machine itself?

I'm planning to get a kitchen from Ikea but appliances from elsewhere and just want to make sure I'm not going to screw up royally by doing so.

You buy the door from your kitchen supplier & the integrated appliance will come with a paper template to mark & drill pilot holes for you to attach the door in the correct place with screws.
