Water level failure.
Has the machine been moved recently?
Make sure the drain hose isn't too low or too far into a stand pipe. Common cause is syphoning causing the water level to drop.
Other causes, overfoaming, leaking or faulty pressure switch. |

Thanks for the diagnosis regarding the level of the pipe, they had dropped from there fixings. Machine started but then failed and was left with another issue of water remaining in the unit and now a flashing 6. I tipped machine backwards to drain. I am assuming that the issue is either the Pressure switch or Water pump. Since you mentioned the pressure switch last time, i am assuming that this is the most likely. Where is this located and how do I access it. |

when the lights flashed 6 times on my whirlpool, it was because the water wasn't getting in - kink in the hose. Once we sorted that it was fine again. |
