tilt& turn not closing properly

My tilt and turn window has a gap on top left side.it is closing ok but after closing u can feel by touching top conner is loose,where draught comeing.I feel need adjustment,but can not see where to start.any help will be appriciated.thanks icon_rolleyes.gif
