cutting ceramic tiles with a circular saw

im lay;ing ceramic tile cant find a blade that works any good i have a dewalt 7 1/4 inch blade i tied watering the blade as i cut but on tile and the blades went dull i got the blades from canadian tire do you have any ideas? please email me back harry
