Morning all,
The paint on my garage door is flaking quite badly so I wondered what the best method to fix it would be. It's a metal door (I'm assuming aluminium).
Some of the paint is so flaky I could scrape it off easily but some is adhered more firmly. Could I use a heat gun to remove this or is a chemical alternative better?
Then how do I go about repainting it? What kind of primer/paint combination should I use? The door has some concave channels in it so a roller is out of the question - I assume there's no reason why I can't use a brush?
Thanks in advance,
Nick
