vaillant expansion vessel charging valve

I have tried looking for the expansion vessel charging valve on my Vaillant turboMax 824 boiler but can't find it can anybody tell me what it looks like please?

The boiler pressure rises by half a bar when the heating is on, so i suspect that the expansion vessel needs recharging.

I have recently replaced the PRV which seems to have cured pressure loss.

What is your "cold" setting pressure?

It depends on the water volume in the rads, whether the rise is acceptable. Half a bar on temperature rise is quite normal.

cold setting pressure is 1 bar

As simond says, 1.5bar running is quite normal.
