Noisey Glow-Worm boiler

Can any one help us with our Glow-Worm 18hxi condensing boiler? It was fitted 12 months ago and after a few weeks it started to make a very loud droning noise when it first comes on, this would then fade away after 15 mins.The system has been flushed 3 times - with proper stuff - seems to cure it for a bit, then comes back! Surely any dirt in the system must be out by now? The installer is as puzzled as me - Please help !

I'm sure the engineer used something the first time, no idea what though. When we started having probs I saw him using some heavy duty flushing agent. Do you think the boiler may be damaged?

could well be condensing ,domestic condensing boilers are a bit sensitive to c*ap in the system
only an opinion tho
