Tools (power flushing)

To the other rgi's

Do you do/own your own power flushing or got a contract with a mate/company each time you need it?

Got a contract whereby one instal every couple of months so weighing up options of whether to buy. Never used one in anger before, only seen others do it.

Rest of work is servicing, cp12's, breakdowns,etc.

I've had mine for 4 or 5 years and it's paid for itself many times over.

I also hire it out to other rgi's as and when needed.

But most of my work is on installs and very little maintenance / repairs.

We've got a Fernox Powerflow, fantastic bit of kit. The MkII is supposed to be even better, although we're not tempted to make the switch, can't see that it's worth the outlay

Get one with a pump head adaptor, makes life really easy
