Dear All,

have tried to dismantle tap to replace washer on cold feed. Can't get the tap off to get to it, no screw visible, cover cap wont budge. Of course it's bloody french.

Any wizards on here that know how to get the thing apart?

found it on here, looks expensive don't want to have to buy one of those!! shall go rummaging at the tip!

need to remove the centre ceramic discs that have hot/cold on them.
useally have a grooved edge that you can grip with a pair of pump pliers etc. and they screw on.
