Chemical Anchor for Thermalite?

I need to hang a repo column rad on a thermolite block wall, also a floating shelf and a plasma bracket.

Was going to use Hilti hit, but which one do I need? Do I need to use any Sieve Sleeves? Or am I just going over the top?
