2 port motorised valve

Hi all,,
just a quickie.
The lever on the valve has resistence in one position and then just flops about from side to side in another position.
I geuss this is knackered, am I right or should this do this?

What exactly is the problem? Is this causing issues? If so describe them

When the 2 port valve is energised to be open, it is normal for the manual lever to be 'floppy' as you call it.

It only has resistance when the spring has returned it to the closed position after the power to the motor has been removed.

If that is all you are concerned about, then you have no problems
