My Aunt have a door knocker which looks very old yet unqiue. It is pretty useful and my Aunt usually can receive the guests waiting at the door. But now people commented that the door knocker is too old fashioned and begin to say that my Aunt is a backward person. Is this true that door knockers are extremely old?

I should not worry about waht other pople say, you never know it may be a very rare door knocker (hence expensive)
as for are they old fashioned how many other people do you see with a door knocker
I think they are great, never need batteries, work in a power cut, what more could you ask |
