Our central heating does not seem to be firing up.
We have an Ideal FF330-360 Boiler together with a Boilermate 2000. The Pilot light in the Ideal is lit, but not fully from what I remember seeing before (just the left-hand side), and the Boilermate seems to be operational.
In fact the Boilermate has a 'SWITCH' device for emergencies that when switched on kicks on the central heating (but with no thermostat).
In normal operation mode the heating just doesn't come on, even when upping the house thermostat, which usually fires it up.
Hope this information helps someone to come up with a solution - the house is only two years old, I wasn't expecting any problems this soon!
