Hot Water Cold Radiators

I know next to nothing about heating systems.

I rent a house and noticed the other day that when i had the heating on i had hot water coming from the taps but the radiators are completely cold both upstairs and downstairs.

The pump on the burner is working ok and all the valves on the pipes indoors are open yet the pipes are cold.

What could be the problem?

do u have a combi boiler cos if u do it has a diverter valve which means u can have either central heating or hot water on not both.

yeah its a combi boiler (it provides the house with heat and hot water, thats what you mean?) It was working perfectly up until Friday and hasnt been touched

Can you supply make and model of the boiler please? I think all the professionals on here would tell what type of system you have from that, and be better able to advise you.
