Can you please help?

I have a build up of lime-scale in my WC which stops the flow from coming out all around the inside of the WC when it is flushed. I have tried putting various products into the cistern, which has cleaned the cistern, but still has not resolved this problem. Do you have any suggestions please?

remove the cistern /flush pipe and clear the lime out of the pan inlet

Hi, It sounds to me that you will need to replace the pan!!

If the build up of lime scale is that bad, you will not be able to clear it from the rim of the pan and this will eventually prevent a correct flush.
