I have a build up of lime-scale in my WC which stops the flow from coming out all around the inside of the WC when it is flushed. I have tried putting various products into the cistern, which has cleaned the cistern, but still has not resolved this problem. Do you have any suggestions please? icon_question.gif

Hi, It sounds to me that you will need to replace the pan!! icon_cry.gif

If the build up of lime scale is that bad, you will not be able to clear it from the rim of the pan and this will eventually prevent a correct flush.

Hope this is of some help..
