Potterton Puma 100 pilot light gone out

We have a Potterton Puma 100 combi boiler installed 1996. Since then it has had regular call outs including two new pumps (in 2002 and 2003) and a new PCB in 2003. It had a new auto air vent in 2004.
Yesterday the pilot light went out but we managed to relight it OK. Today although ignition button sparks, pilot will not relight. Everything else looks OK and it was only serviced a week or so ago.

Any suggestions anyone?
