Padstone required on lightweight blocks?

Hi guys. Building a single storey extension and have reinforced concrete lintels (to S.E spec) to span a doorway and window on the inner leaf. My question is: do I need to cut away a portion of the lightweight block (115mm Celcon Solar) and introduce an engineering brick padstone or is the wall ok as it is to carry a lintel. Total area is only 2.75x3.00m so roof loading is relatively light, and as I said, no first floor.

That's what I was hoping. Thanks for the quick response. That was easier than trying to call the S.E to confirm as well.
