extractor fan discharge

Hi,

Our extractor fan in the bathroom currently discharges in the loft.
We have new tiles in and unfortunately we did not think to sort this before the new bathroon went in.

What is the best solution now? Are there tile vents that can be installed so that I can attach the extractor fan pipe?

Ubbink would be a good place to start for vents.
