wiring up combi boiler

It depends if there is already a supply for the boiler (or one nearby). Also it will depend on whether the programmer is built in to the combi, or whether there is a remote stat. Also whether you need materials included obviously makes a difference. If a new circuit is required, then RCD protection, LABC notification and integrity of the existing installation all become an issue.

So the cost is anyone's guess.

(Last combi I wired was a simple one with built in programmer and no room stat due to TRVs. I charged £50 to connect it up. One I did last week involved a remote programmable stat and a new supply from the CU which was in the same room. I charged £240. It could have been a lot more.)
