Hiya,
Anybody know this stuff...any good? Been quoted £3500 for ex council semi..Front,back and side.Remove pebbledash back to brick...apply new coats..self coloured.Including scaffolding.Is that about right?

It is good stuff, I have sprayed loads of it, and applied by hand also. Depends on who is using it, Have a look at their work before you commit - you won't be patching this stuff. Make sure they mesh around windows and doors. Wouldn't like to say too much about the price without seeing it, but it does not sound bad to me on the face of it. It will be messy stuff, have a chat with your neighbours if your men are rubbing up next day or on a windy day - they may want to move their car. also make sure scaffolding does not foul finished work when striking it, it will mark it .

Also check if you have any cracking now, and before they start - see if there is a reason for the cracks before rendering.

Price sound fair. There is also Wetherbys or Decopierre opyions, both sprayed on though Decop can be put over pebbledash if its sound.
