Plumbing an Electric Shower

I am planning on re-tiling my bathroom. Currently the water supply pipe is running above the tiles. You can see the water supply connection in the picture.
But I don’t want this pipe to be visible anymore. The shower is fitted on plaster board and there is a gap of around 1 ½ inches between the plaster board and the brick. I was thinking of connecting a Flexible Hose to the shower input connector and then make a hole just below and drop the hose behind the wall and connect water supply to it.

Is it ok to use a Flexible Hose for this job? Or should I use a 90 degree compression fit bend?
Would using a Flexible Hose reduce the pressure of the water?

Ideally you dont want any pipe showing, there should be a knock out plastic piece.

Looks like a 15mm compresion elbow would suit, using 15mm Hep20 would be a easy job.

i wouldn't use flexis in the wall.
why don't you do as you said use a 90 comp bend then a section of copper pipe and then 90 bend onto shower.

I was just thinking that using a flex hose might make the job easier, But I'll go for comp elbows. Shouldn't be much more hastle.

be more hassle but more reliable long term.
