Radiator bleed valve missing / broke?

Hi,

Two of our radiactors are cold at the top and need bleeding but there doesn't appear to be a bleed valve. I've added some photos to show this.
Does it look like the valve has been snapped off?
(There is also nothing around the back of the radiator that I can see)

Yes looks like ends snapped off, have you checked the back of the rad (half an inch down off the top, left or right hand side) sometimes bleed nipples are there.

I have bought a new radiator - I should have really put that on this thread to avoid confusing people :eek: doh
