Tevion 1940HT

From Aldi I got my wife a Tevion 1940HT and it seemed OK. However with the change on Wednesday it needs re-tuning. The analogue bit was easy. But I can't find out how to re-tune the DVB-T part.

I wondered if it would auto tune so left it running but nothing. So at the moment all she can watch is Sky and the DVD recorder down stairs. With digi-eye not so bad but unless I can cure it I am likely to lose my old Sky box to her.

I wonder if you need to hold in a button on boot or something but can't find instructions.

I sat there and pressed about every button and selection I could find and finally it re-tuned. Once this had happened all the names on the functions returned so then I could see what was needed was:-

Press DVB-Menu
Select bottom “Setting”
Select bottom “Installation”
This gives
1 Automatic Search
2 Manual Search
3 First Time Installation

I selected number 3 and then left hand option which was yes and once it had done it's thing all worked as it should.
