I recently had a Howdens (Hafele) pull-out larder unit fitted. It's 300mm wide, and 500mm deep. However, the door only pulls-out 250mm which makes it very difficult to get to the higher shelves and stuff at the back of the unit. Is this right or should the door pull out much further eg 400mm? |

Hafele do several pull outs and in some cases they only pull out half way. is it possible for you to tel which model it is and I can verify for you.
If it is a full length pull out then it may not be fitted correctly.
Sometimes the screws in the top rail can be a problem if the unit is not level.
Is the door touching the carcase correctly?
