worcester 24cdi luke warm water

Hi all,

Has anyone got any suggestions on a problem wiv luke warm water out of a 10 yr old Worcs 24cdi? problem started suddenly a couple of months ago on a mates boiler.

Flow rate is 8ltrs a min. govenor is fine. gas rated..24kw, fine. Gas valve modulates upto 13mb from heating to HW. getting 60ohms on multimeter from connections 1 & 2 (as per troubleshooting) and HW sensor has been changed????

The only things I can think of now is the plate to plate..or board??

can anyone point me in the right direction thanks!!

diverter passing??

clean the plate heat exchanger and see if it is any better

Cheers..I didnt think of the diverter lol...Ill get him to feel the flow (heating off) while HW is runnin.

Failin that clean plate to plate (Ill prob do that..I hate them..o rings on everything in them worcs)
