Hi All on a PME set up who connects the installation earth to the E/N terminal, as you must have the fused pulled to remove the cover plate ( on Grey Henleys at least) By the book would require A) DNO chap to pull fuse and remove the screw/cover as its DNO equipment B) on site spark/DNO to connect the installation earth conductor and C) the DNO chappy to put the terminal cover back and the fuse and seal it up How many DNO's will send a chappy round at the time and place when you need it done How does this work in your area just curious as there seems to be no set format for this, the arrangement I have is probably common elsewhere if you are on first name terms with the aforementioned chappy

Our DNO just leaves us an earthing terminal adjacent to the cutout to connect directly to.

Round here they tend to just drill a couple of small holes in the cover so you can acess the hex bolts without removing the cover

Not that it really bothers me, no one ever seems overly bothered about missing seals anyway!
