hi

ive bought a 15 foot above ground pool and the best spot for it happens to be on gravel. the ground is also at a v slight incline. im not sure what to put under the pool in order to level it and obviously its not a good idea to put it directly on top of gravel.

sand wouldnt work, not on gravel. i was thinking some sort of wood, something like plywood floorboards but would that wouldnt be great if it got wet would it? a decking structure would be too expensive.

any suggestions?

im doing the same sometime soon, and i reckon using celotex or similar will do the job,but mines going on my decking.

i would compact some MOT (the finest you can get) under it and if you can get pretty fine stuff it'll be very smooth. If your worried about any sharp stones you could always scatter a bit of sand over it. Pool liner is pretty tough though.
