sevis washing machine clothes still wet and soapy

Hiya

we have a 2 year old washing machine that does the wash fine but is not doing a maximum spin and is leaving clothese wet n soapy , when u open the little box near the kick bit there is loads of water comes out ?
anyone any ideas please x many thank

sounds like it might have a blockage?
have you had the drain off open and checked inside?
also i had a very similar problem with our m/c and ended up turning the machine upside down,took 1 of the pipes off and found ONE OF THOSE ELUSIVE SOCKS stuck half way down.

Aw thank you very much ! it has now been fixed you were spot on though it was a blockage,
And I always find them illusive socks AFTER I have throw theodd one out!! lol x
