I've just installed an Accenta panel and everything appears to be working as expected. However, when I try to part set the alarm things don't follow the description in the manual. The manual says that by pressing the Prog button during entry/exit mode will interupt the entry/exit timer and give the option of choosing programme 1,2 or 3. This doesn't happen and the alarm will only set in programme 1. Any ideas?

When you set up the programme in engineer mode did you set all the requirements for each programme that you wanted to use ie what zones are in each programme hoe they are set etc.
