superglue on car paintwork

Help! I got my new Mini today but the rear number plate was loose so I applied Superglue which ran and now I've ruined my pristine paintwork. Any ideas please.....

yes, dont use superglue on a mini, it probably wont work / last long.

you could also try superglue remover, but it may also be called paint remover, i am not saying thats is really what its called, just thats what it may do (remove paint)
