Can someone please point me in the right direction with my problem?
For the last 2-3 months when I turn my hot water on it takes a while before the boiler fires up and then it can go out after a few seconds then fire up again and so on. I can rarely get enough water to fill a bath. Other times it will take a while to come on and stay on as normal. The burner on neon illuminates when it is firing, the burner off neon has never lit up. It just seems to fire up when it feels like it. I tried it with the heating on today and they hardly heated up at all until about an hour ago and it fired up again properly. If this is something I can fix myself then I will, if it's a gas issue then of course I will get an engineer out.
