Downloaded open office

I have just downloaded Open Office on to a stick with a friends computer.
I would like to have a look at it, but not have it load on to his computer.
If I 'install' the software does it automatically load it on to HDD or does it ask me what drive to install it on e.g. the stick.
First time I've done this because the app is to big to download on a dongle.

If you want to run OpenOffice from a memory stick, there's a specific version for that purpose.

I had a difficult time try to to figure how it loads up on the computer.
Found that by double clicking the app. icon and making a cup of tea it loaded!!! It works.
