Hi everyone, I've been reading this forum for a while and it's of great inspiration to me. I'm getting a kitchen extension built and have been doing loads of research on which doors to finish it off with. It will be a 12 ft-ish space that I'm toying with the idea of filling either:
1) 2 x French doors with a brick column inbetween
2) a set of 5 leaf bi folding doors
3) a set of 4 leaf sliding patio doors (as seen on Room to Improve).
My concerns are the french doors won't let in enough light. The bi folding doors could become become fidderly to open and then possibly prone to leaks. The sliding patio doors look at bit 80's and might not be very secure against thieves.
Any advice comments would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
