I have today pressure tested our new water system and found that we have several leaks around the John Guest Manifold (four port rail manifold 22 to 15) Its OK at 3 bar but at 4 bar water seems to leak from all the outlets on all the manifolds - we have 16 manifolds in total. Any suggestions????

Take them apart, clean them up, and redo them as per spec.
I've used pushfits for years, and never had a problem on 10 bar.

I have the manifolds in sets of four, with 22mm pipe running from one to the other. Is there any limit for the number of manifolds that can be connected to each other and would that affect the pressure testing?

Of course there is a limit to the number of manifolds you can run on one pipe; maximum flow is maximum flow.
Pressure testing is static.
