Premier 24

I have finished all the wiring of my Premier 24 with 11 PIR wired (EOL) expander, 2 keypads and speech dialer.

I have managed to remove ALL alerts on the keypad, Bell Tamper, & Auxiliary Tamper.

I have done a walk test ALL OK

I have done a bell test ALL OK

The problem I now have is that the alarm will not arm, although it goes through the motion but after 1 minute it has still not armed.

On the main keypad the "ARMED" "READY" "BYPASS" lights are flashing this keypad is set with the engineers keypad address. The 2nd keypad is showing no errors.

Is this a programming error or a wiring error?

I would really like to sort this out, but I am loosing the will to live?

panel set to final door setting set system and open and close entry exit door tone should change and alarm set. or change setting method to timed exit.

Keypad set as engineers (10) will ignore the tampers and zones on it.
Why engineers, was it plugged onto the panel at some stage?
Reconfigure as a standard keypad.
Set the group as final exit or timed exit ( final will get quicker results for testing).
