Plasterboard Ceiling and LIGHTS

Hi guys,

Please see a picture attached with plasterboard ceiling and lights. I want to make the same effect of light from inside the plasterboard where you do NOT see lights, but when you turn them on - it gives you light from inside.

the question is: Which lights should I use and where can I buy them?

If anyone can help at all - that would be great.

For a top quality job, custom made cold cathode tubing.
