Hi, new to this forum so bear with me.
I have a shower that is working intermittently, will work (ish) on just hot or just cold but stops when trying to mix (so basically unusable at moment).
I think its an AquaLisa Aquavalve 900 (or similar) and is approximately 10 years old.
I did wonder if its a problem with the cartridge (as this hasnt been changed since new) and found out that you remove the Aqualisa badge on the mixer tap and there should be a screw to remove it. All I found was a black thing with a hole in it and I am no wiser as to how remove.
I can attached some pics in case anyone has any good ideas on how to fix the problem. Any help would be gratefully recieved?
