Hi!
I'm going to be fitting a 5.5 kw undersink instant water heater with special low pressure tap, which can be connected directly to the cold water inlet.
Am I right in thinking that a 25amp breaker with 4mm cable will be OK for this?

sounds fine as long as the run isn't unreasonablly long and you aren't burying the cable in insulation.
