help required to solve problem with boiler cutting out(a)after c/h switches off (b)after h/w has not been used any time from 1hr to overnight.My plumber has changed PCB and temp sensor.but problem still exists and I think he is ruuning out of ideas.Can anyone out there help?

I will try to explain what the problem is in more detail;-(A
after the timer switches off the central heating ,the boiler switches off when h/w is demanded and has to be reset(with difficuty).Also occasionally it also switches off if the hot water has not been used for as little as overnight.This is a 3yr old ALPHA 28X.
