just find an ordinary drawing and combine the feed and vent in 22mm.

had a problem i have water coming out of the overflow
coming from boiler water goes into air separator then its going up the vent pipe a lttle could this be a faulty pump

No! If the feed is near the vent it won't happen, unless there's a load of air in the system.
