Block Paved Driveway

Hi Folks,

We are planning to have our driveway blocked paved. We have had a number of quotes from firms proposing to use Marshall blocks - however one firm has come forward and proposed to use blocks from a firm called Barleystone.

I was wondering if anyone had any experience of using Barleystone which seems to be an Irish firm with the blocks ordered directely from the supplier. The cost is quite a lot cheaper but I dont believe in a free lunch and wonder if there is a snag.

a client of mine sourced these blocks, the ones that where sent not fit for driving on. needed to send them back and get the thicker ones.
